All components and individual parts are sandblasted prior to assembly and welding to ensure proper bonding strength. Our buckets may undergo vibro stress relief to improve longevity.

MC ROCK & IRON ORE BUCKETS

Rock Buckets are also known as road building or pipelining buckets. Our rock buckets are rugged by design with a strong basic structure and added wear materials in the form of liners, hard surfacing, strong teeth and corner bits. Machinery Contractors buckets are ideal when stock loading and abnormal abrasion is expected.

MC GENERAL PURPOSE BUCKETS

Machinery Contractors General Purpose (GP) Buckets are designed to optimize the loading and dumping characteristics of earthmoving machines.

Our GP Buckets are suitable for use in soils where stock loading and abrasion is not expected. Teeth and corner bits are often added to these buckets to enhance penetration and to extend wear life

MC QUICK COUPLER BUCKETS

Machinery Contractors design and manufacture quick coupler buckets to meet your machine specifications and specific mining requirements. Our Quick Coupler System and buckets allows for quick changeover between attachments such as rippers and buckets, thereby increasing the productivity of your machines.

We can convert any bucket into a Quick Coupler bucket.
